Cancellation Policy and Fees
A cancellation can be unpleasant for you and also for us. Please contact us with a written notice in case of cancellation.
DEPOSIT (GUARANTEED BOOKING)
Your reservation is only definitively confirmed after a deposit is paid. We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
CANCELLATION FEES
- Up to 3 months before arrival – cancellation is free of charge
- Up to 2 months before arrival, 15% of the total amount booked.
- Up to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total amount booked.
- Up to 14 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount booked.
- Up to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount booked.
- Cancellations within 1 day prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged
- in case of belayed arrival, premature departure or no-show we will charge 100 % of the total amount as per Italian law.
The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled vacation apartment is fully or partially sublet. Room cancellations can only be made in writing.
The deposit paid before arrival (guaranteed booking) is considered a security deposit and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
We recommend that when you book, you take out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can easily do this at the following link: Europäische Reiseversicherung.
(There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative decree 206/2005))).
